Christmas Eve

Tonight is our Christmas Eve Candlelight service at church.  I love the candlelight service.  The flicker of the candles, Christmas hymns sung in one accord, special music solos, the reading of the Christmas story from the gospel of Luke, it really is an awe-inspiring evening.  There is something quite magical about it, and I look forward to it every year.  It gives my soul a time of great reflection of the birth of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  And thankful that Christmas is only the beginning of the story and that you must stay tuned for Easter in the words of the great Paul Harvey for "The Rest of the Story"......
