Wow!  I am so amazed... I received a very nice award!  Thank you so much Karen!!!!  (http://karens-kakes-krafts.blogspot.com/).  This is an awesome way to show your appreciation to the people that have inspired you and helped you grow as a blogger.  So here's what I need to do now to show my appreciation for my giver and the people that have inspired me!

Hmm, 8 things about myself... here goes. 
I am married (9 happy yrs) to my best friend and the only "kid" we have is a 3.5 yr old Alaskan Malamute named Hurley.  I love to Craft in any fashion... (scrapbooking, card making, sewing, embroidery, crochet, etc...).  I love to cook, especially desserts (there's a cheesecake in the oven as we speak).  By day I develop shoes (yep, it's a girl's dream come true) for one of the country's largest shoe retailers (women's boots and casuals... I'm a boot girl...).   Family and Church are the most important things to me; I sing with the Praise team and love every minute of praising the Lord.  I'm the youngest of three children and think it's fabulous being the baby!  To quote one of my favorite musicals (thank you Rizzo, Grease) "I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't rat my h-air"...  b-uuuut, I do have a vice... I love candy of all sorts:  if it's sugary and sweet I'm on it (as long as there isn't any coconut, ewww).  And last but not least I cannot go a day without a Coca-Cola (high test as my boss says, none of that Diet stuff)...
